Change of mind

We exchange or refund any order within 14 days of purchase subject to the following conditions;

  • The product is unopened, including plastic shrink wrap and is in re-sellable condition.

  • Proof of purchase is provided

  • Any return costs are covered by the customer

Upon return of the item(s) they will be inspected and if the above requirements have been met a refund or exchange will be processed.

if the item(s) are not deemed non-compliant with at least one of the above conditions the customer will have the option to pay for the re-shipping of the item(s).

if payment for the re-shipping of the item(s) is not payed within 30 days of the non-compliance notice. the item(s) will be considered abandoned and be disposed of.

Faulty or Incorrect orders

We at Tipsy Cards pride ourselves on the quality of our products and take great care ensuring orders are shipped out correctly and in good condition.

Unfortunately, there are some cases where an item may be received damaged or be defective due to errors encountered in manufacturing or by our courier partners.

If you believe you have received a faulty order please contact us immediately at Sales@tipsycards.com and include photos of the product and packaging.

We will assess each claim on a case by case basis. if the product is deemed faulty you will have the following options to chose from to remedy the situation:

Replacement of the item(s). (Shipping covered by us)

Full refund of the cost of the faulty item(s). (including shipping costs)
